Ethically Sourced
Every bean we pour is traceable to its farm. We work directly with growers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying fair prices and visiting annually.
Roasted In-House
Our head roaster Cleo fires up the Probat drum roaster every Wednesday. Beans are never more than 10 days from roast — freshness you can taste.

Our pastries are baked fresh each morning by our in-house baker Marco. Seasonal specials every week — you'll always have a reason to pop in.
